RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY

1.    YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

All products purchased on the “Website” may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk: within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you and on your behalf).

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you; payment to be reimbursed does not include the costs of standard delivery and administration fees (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the product(s). We may however, withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back into our possession, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. Products to be returned must be unworn and unwashed; all products must be in its original package and all products must have all original Vinochy tags still attached.


Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.

2.    HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

To exercise your cancellation right, you need to (i) inform us of your intention to return the product(s) following the instructions below; and (ii) physically return such product(s) to us within the aforementioned 14 days period.

You can inform us using the following methods:

  1. Use our model return form, which is available below as depicted in the webpage or the form we have provided with the products and/or in the Order Confirmation; or
  2. Send us an email at info@vinochy.com . Please provide your contact information, including: your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

3.    HOW TO RETURN

If you return the product(s) by mail, you will be required to return the products on time, this includes and is contingent upon our receipt of the returned product(s) via the post office or the carrier within the aforementioned 14 days period.

Returned products must be returned in the state in which you received them: the returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed and have all the product labels and tags still attached, and must not be used in any other way than what is reasonably necessary to decide if you want to keep the product(s). If you do not comply with the foregoing and the value of the product diminishes as a consequence thereof, we can hold you liable for such diminished value which will be determined by these guidelines and our discretion.

Please make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible.

To facilitate the returns process, with each delivery and/or Order Confirmation, we will provide you with (i) return information, (ii) a link to an online return form, or a printed return form, and (iii) a return label. Please stick the return label to the box and if using the box that we sent to you, make sure that the return label covers the original label used to ship the parcel to you. Your return will be handled by the carrier mentioned in your return form.

4.    RETURNING DAMAGED PRODUCTS

You may return products delivered to you that are defective, misdescribed or otherwise not in conformity with your order. You can do so within 1 month (30 Days) after you received the product(s). In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded.

If the product you purchased is damaged. Please accept our apology and contact us by mail via info@vinochy.com and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please contact us first, before sending damaged products back to us.

5.    NO EXCHANGE POLICY

Vinochy does not have offer an exchange service. You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with and receive a refund. If you would like another product, color or size, please place a new order.

6.    REFUNDS

Once your returned product(s) have been verified and inspected by the Vinochy team, you will receive a refund and e-mail notification, if it has been determined that a refund will be granted. Your refund will be paid to the same card or account that was used to place the order without undue delay.

Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your bank/credit card statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status using your online account or by contacting your card issuer.

Reminder: In order to get a full refund, it is important that we receive the returned product(s) in the state in which you received them; the returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed and have all the product labels and tags still attached and must not be used in any other way than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether you want to keep the product(s).
